SADI-S vs OAGB como cirugía revisional después de gastrectomía vertical. Revisión sistemática

Resumen:
Antecedentes. Debido a la posibilidad del fallo de la manga gástrica, y del aumento de la necesidad de un procedimiento revisional efectivo, se analiza el SADI-S y OAGB como opciones efectivas y morbilidad baja. Objetivo. El propósito de la revisión es analizar la literatura disponible sobre SADI-S y OAGB como procedimientos revisionales en el fallo de la manga gástrica Método. Revisión exhaustiva de literatura realizada hasta mayo del 2022 en relación a estudios en inglés y español sobre SADI-S y OAGB , con los objetivos de evaluar la eficacia como procedimientos revisionales, morbilidad, resolución de comorbilidades y mortalidad. Resultado. Se analizaron 18 estudios incluyendo 1120 pacientes en los cuales el procedimiento primario fue la LSG, en 751 pacientes se realizó OAGB y 369 se realizó SADI-S como procedimiento revisional. El TWL% fue de 28.1% y 29.3% y EWL% de 60.9% y 69.7% para OAGB y SADI-S respectivamente. El índice de morbilidad fue de 11.6% para OAGB y de 16.9% para SADI-S con una mortalidad del 0% y 0.67% respectivamente.
